Douzhi Monitor API
Submit independent monitoring tasks in batches and retrieve results.
Submit up to 50 tasks in one request. Every list entry receives its own taskId, result, charge, and completion notification.

- Open Submit batch tasks for the complete request format.
Identical tasks are allowed. Reuse an Idempotency-Key only when retrying the same HTTP request.
